CIP Capital is pleased to welcome Frank Corcoran and Steve Remstad to the Firm as executives, bringing decades of financial, merger and acquisition and manufacturing operational experience to CIP Capital’s professional resource depth. Their extensive resumes of career achievements in investment banking and manufacturing operations form a powerful combination in creating value for our clients as they address the challenges of recovery and growth.

Frank Corcoran, Principal-Corporate Transactions, was a partner with JC Jones & Associates, a regional consulting firm, where he advised publicly traded and privately held clients on a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives, including financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategies to enhance shareholder value. Previously, he served as a Director with Woodward Capital Advisors, a private investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital restructurings, and private placements of debt and equity for middle market companies. His clients have included companies in the automotive, construction, marine, and financial services industries. Frank is a certified public accountant and an alumnus of KPMG.

Steve Remstad, Director-Operations Improvement, has held leadership and executive roles internationally in operations, product and manufacturing engineering and project/program management with various global organizations, including major Tier One automotive suppliers. Steve has been a senior leader for over 30 years in creating successful manufacturing operations in both high volume / low mix automotive or high mix / low volume industrial and aftermarket sectors, applying Lean Principles, Toyota Production System and P&L management to drive business transformation in both small and large organizations. A proven leader with a reputation for developing and leading high performance teams, Steve has been instrumental in several turnaround situations in addressing fundamental issues with solid fixes.
